I love other opportunities

I deal with customers about ninety percent per day. I am dealing with overseas customers. Parts exporting and learnt so much regarding this industry I enjoy communicating with my customers. My challenge is to succeed in every way

Excellent learning curve

Great working industry low hazardous and great CNC, Lathe and Milling/Boring machine operation skills can be learned there. Fitting side is also good

The lack of salary compensation tells you how much you mean to the company

Very hard to get a promotion. Have to keep asking for an increase.really makes you feel like you are just a number. But they give you a good balance of work and phrivateclife. Company always seems to be doing bad at increase times. Lots of people leave for better salariesVery

Excellent training

I did electrical job under guidence .untill I had qualified as an ELECTRICIAN .I served 3half years training at bell equipment. I learned a lot from different artisans .they give us every information they had

I'm learning alot

At Bell Equipment at Richardsbay I have learnt so much . I even got training for Overhead crane and height training .I also go code for welding .we got 3 shift which 6 to 14h00,14h00 to 22h00 and 22h00 to 6h00 in the morning .we r flexible . the relationship with supervisors is quite good .I don't get too tired cause we work as a team .

Excellent learning curve

The industry is good, during the day I make sure that our mechanics parts are ready for tomorrow,order parts of they are not there in the store room, keep work place clean, making sure all parts are placed in order according to the bin location,my colleagues they are always helpful,we love each other even though we have disagreement there and there but we are really working together as a team,my supervisor is the one who always show me how to do things .the most challenging thing is when customer come and complaining about the service that our mechanics did but we always manage to make our customers happy again.what I love most is when we reached the target that company gave us as a branch is the most enjoyable cause our superior congratulate us

SAP TRAINING

Great company to work for with minimal company benefits, growth within the company is prominent ny , there are great company policies intact and that we must follow. Once you start working there you can easily form a bond with your co workers it’s like family as we call ourselves 1BELL
