Great learning experience

I worked as Product designer at Bell equipment, latest job. I gained experience in design & manufacturing for 7 years. I've worked in many projects, E-series Truck, designing cooling system mounts to name the few. I work efficiently with people and independently. I always ensure I liaise with all teams e.g ( procurement, production & testing)  and communicate clearly for less mistakes and more work efficiency.

Pros: Great opportunity

Great place to grow

Bell Equipment was very busy so everyday had new and exiting challenges. Seeing each other everyday and working hard on different breakdowns, we'd need help from fellow employees so our relationship was perfect and very professional. I got employed at Bell at a very young age so I learnt a lot of valuable life lessons there, profesionally. I learnt how to faultfind and fix any electrical fault, design and wire electrical circuits. What I enjoy most has to be the different challenges we face everyday, we never know what we're going into until we're there.

Pros: Great placee for learning
Cons: Electricians would do every job even if it had nothing to do with electricity

I am a young hard worker, vibrant and flexible female who is eager to earn new knowledge each passing day.Each day i work with tight schedules to get my daily work done. Great day to day working hours friendly stuff and very helpful, people skill a definite necessity which i very much took advantage of in terms of learning how to work with diiferent people from different cultures. Excellent learning environment in terms of my choice of course.

I have a good standing with all my employees thag reporrs directly to me and my manager communicate daily and through out the day i interact wit most of tba administration staff at our company as i am administrator for industrial Engineering department

Excellent learning curve

I have good interpersonal skills as i interact with all management levels and also deal with different customers and suppliers and i still manage to give the quality product to my customer, i coach my employees as to how to keep quality and maintain the requires standards. The most challenging is the old people who sometimes find it difficult to understand the new procedure as they worked with all procedure and they finding it hard to adapt to new standards. I try to give them time to learn and understand all the new changes in the workplace. I enjoy working as a team and supporting every employee around me and also training others that are slow learners.

Brilliant experience

Since yhe company bulid a product from start to the finish, i get to see and explore all the processes of the company. Great experience and growth is seem yo be not far from on individual who is dedicated to their job

Brilliant family oriented

A multi-national company with manufacturing facilities in Richards Bay and Eisenhach. Excellent company for learning and growth. Senior management across the group struggle to align.
