Im a lady experienced in administration, office support, data capturing,office documentation,telephone attequett,employment confirmation,filing,telephone quiries. Im a hard worker,fast learner,paying attention to detail, target driven,always willing to learn,self motivated and strive to reach my goal.im able to work under pressure,extended hours if its required. Well it was easy doing data capturing

I learnt how to have more of integrity, to meet difference type of people in a corporate world and their different individuality, my relationship with co workers was good however we had our differences eg religion and culture, typical work days were the most of every day life style change and have to be adupted because in a corporate world you need to do what supposed to be done due to what on the agreement between the twon

Pros: not everyone has to notice your job or recognize how hard you trying but only an individual can determine how self motivated you are and hard working you are
Cons: willing to start my day from 8 to 5

Each day had its own challenge

I loved working at Bayport because of the high earnings you could make. You go to work to make money to provide for yourself. You do get crazy days where the systems is not up and running eg. If you offline you can't process your application which interfere with your target and also your salary. I had a fun hard working team and a great manager.

Pros: There was always room for growth
Cons: The industry got tough and people couldn't always qualify for loans

What I liked the most is the culture of respecting and treating everything be equally with respect

was the same. I’ve leaned jjjjjevery skill that I have from Bayport. If it was not for retrenchment I will be still working there. toward each other from the Excutives to general works the treatment and respect was the same. I’ve leaned every skill that I have from Bayport. If it was not for retrenchment I will be still working there.

Pros: I started with Bayport I didn’t have any experience, I got promoted 5 time due to my hard work and perseverance.
Cons: Getting after hours call to do some work because of urgency
