An excellent and a great organisation to work for
Bayport is a great company to work for, the staff is very friendly, flexible and transparent. The group is goal driven, energetic and there's always that hunger to learn. I have a great relationship with all the departments, i treat them professionally and I service them with love. I am always eager to coach, mentor where I see gaps and always leave my door open to those that require my assistance and support.

Ability to learn more
I am a hard-working, energetic young woman who applies herself very well, whatever the task or responsibility may be. I am always eager to learn in order to apply myself as best I can. My determined character, stand me in good stead to complete any task at any level of responsibility and in any working environment. I know I can be an asset to any company because I am confident, reliable and responsible. I am a quick learner, and can work well under pressure.

My experience in the financial institution is that you should be kind the customers or clients and work as a team to your colleagues, the other thing you should be willing to lean if the is a any new development in the industry.The challenging aspect is when came across the deadline of my target but I try to face by work more the my working hours. I bring my experience of effective selling and daily active performance management
At Bayport, I manage telesales in the loans department where for 3 years we have doubled our performance from a disbursement value from R158 million (2016), R277 million (2017), R363 million (2018). This year we are targeting a R600 million disbursement figure which will give an overall business contribution of 25% from just the one call centre business channel. My work day commences with a morning prayer huddle, a review of the previous day's performance, recognition of top performers, sales tip/insight, before promptly commencing production at 08:00hrs. The remainder of the day is actively managing productivity, updating productivity boards, coaching and assisting, call calibrations, rewarding and recognising achievers and reporting hourly on performance. Corrective interventions are effected immediately when identified.

Excellent experience and growth
It's a very difficult area cause even if you work as a team at the end of the day you have to work for yourself too cause my salary its determined by what I put in before closing business, the relationship with my coworkers is very exciting cause we even have our competition's to motivate each other and it helps us a lot cause you end up closing your targets without noticing. What I enjoy mostly is my work cause I truly love sales and also I get thrilled when I help people see their smile it make's me love what I do more and more, the challenging its bring more new clients in the business, as I said before all what I needed to beat that challenge is to love my work and enjoy what I do its automatically built the confidence and when you have confidence its very simple to sell your products.
