I am a great leaner

I am an efficient worker. I have the ability to to work with and without any ones supervision. I am a computer literate. I can be of use to your company if i can be given the opportunity. I enjoy working with people. I issue loans as a teller or loan consultant. I have learnt that team work is important and the client is everything in this industry of finance. The most challenging duty here is when the clients did not pay us back.

Great financial Services and responsibilities

It's a great company It has taught me a lot in terms of managing my finances. We undergo traing once a year which makes it easier to adopt new rules and regulations in the money lending business. Great stuff and executives.

Pros: Teaches you great people skills, how to handle clients, to to collect bad debt and how to market the company to bring in more client's
Cons: Dealing with bad debts, sometimes the client's company of bank will not give you needed information especially when you need to guanish the client.

Excellent attitude, great customer service

busy working days and making sure that client receive best service all the time. positive and supportive always keeping up to standard that the company is at its best. i have learned to be united assisting if needed and working as a team. i enjoy attending clients, updating files, calling clients thanking them for doing business with us an asking them to come back again, cleaning the office, giving my all to what i do. the most challenging aspect is when i cant give the client what he/she wants but i manage to keep the client happy

Ability to adapt to change

Working for the company is such a great experience for me and I have been working with different people from different backgrounds which makes my job more exciting, the most challenge I have faced so far is not reaching the set target because that means one must put an extra effort for the next month in order to cover the previous month as well. I love working with clients very much although it can be very challenging sometimes as you get to deal with difficult clients sometimes.

Pros: The great this is that if I continue doing great as a branch manager I get a chance of getting promoted as an Area manger.
Cons: During the paydays we end up working way too long hours.

Excellent services learner

I have worked as sales person, customer service, administration and I also worked as assistant manager for the same company. I am very hard working person and a fast learner.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned that loyalty and honesty is what counts in the team work. What's challenging me the most is that I feel offended easily and working with clients every day takes someone's patience and effort to survive it but I love my job a lot and I enjoy it very much now I want to grow in every erea of my life my life I want to add value in the company I and give the best client service ever

Growth and meeting new faces

Making the client feel like a King or Queen. I've learned a lot of administrative skills and Banking skills. This Position I worked Stretched my Character and forced me to Grow personally. Working under pressure became Normal and a Daily task. Paying attention to detail became second nature. Above all working as a team and managing it was agreat responsibility but a great pleasure.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

IT IS A GOOD COMPANY TO BE IN. WE WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY,08:00 - 17:00, AND SATURDAY 08:00 - 13:00. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS GOOD. WE MAKE A GOOD TEAM TOGETHER AND WE LEARN A LOT FROM EACH OTHER. I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO RESPECT EACH OTHER AND TEAM WORK. I ENJOYED DOING TEAM WORK WITH MY CO-WORKERS. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF MY JOB IS MANAGING, BUT I LOVE IT BECAUSE I LEARN A LOT FROM IT AND IT HELPS ME GROW.
