We have training courses we attend and we win awards and trophies

Working in this company I enjoy working with clients, you have a chance to help, even if it's not financial but most clients come for financial reason but you end up giving advised and you also learning from their experience. The client service that the company offer always taught us to appreciate people and remain humble. And as a branch manager I had a super active team whom I have learned alot from. Yes we had disagreements but we always learn to put our office first and peace so that we became a winning team. I have learned that I am not a branch manager without them so we remind ourselves that we are team. Meeting targets was stressing especially towards month end but each and with every1's idea we somehow fought to reach given targets together. Dealing with difficult client part always gave me a headache until the training company offers now I'm always calm

The task I am doing every day sre complex,do I get to be multitasktive.

I am the first point of contact to the consultants. Administration is to much so I audit my work every friday day end. Making sure that marketing is up to standard. Making sure that the staff is in line with each and every goal we want to achieve.

The training is provided from all channels

We are working as a team, always strive to reach given targets, I have learn all about the importance of client services. Learned that been a manager is a coaching, for the team to win the team must have a very energetic team player leader. I enjoyed training new young people, The most challenging part about my job is management I think their too personal, don't look at results but they look at who you are then they will judge you from there. But all in all training courses are provided, working with my team well, learned alot about communicating with clients, learned about problem solving.

Excellent learning

Working for barko financial services is an good opportunity that once cane across with;as I'm learning a lot of things about administration duties. And they take us for training to be the best loan consultant,deputy managers and future managers. I love most is that the is growing together and this company I started working as a trainee, after three months I was an experience loan consultant some few months I was in charge as a deputy manager.

Excellent learning curve

It was very nice and I have gained more experience in management,we start at seven am till 9pm sometimes.I love working in a team and I enjoyed my work and the job was very challenging because when ever clients have not paid their loans I was supposed to do follow-up and visit their work places and sometimes their home and they hide when they see our company car.Yhooo I won't forget tracing a person as they don't want to pay they go to their banks and do new cards and we are unable to deduct from that new account or sometimes they'll come up with stories,changing work, contact details and staff.

Excellent learning Curve

A typical Day goes as Follows -First thing to do in the morning is to follow up on all your failed bad debt and update your bad debt file. -Then we update our individual Loan Consultant Target graphs to keep track of our progress. -Provide Golden Client service by assisting every client that comes into the branch ,whether its an existing client or new client. -Insert new clients in the delfin software and make a new files for the clients. - In non busy days we go out and do marketing to get more clients.

Growing

Well working on busy days is the best. You have target to make so motivating each other daily helps everyone. My relationship with every co-worker was always good. If there is a misunderstanding I would leave it for the next day then talk to my co-worker and explain my point and he/she can give theirs too. I have learnt that putting your job first will make you successful. Working with different clients everyday and also building a good relationship with them. Stay focused and motivated. Mostly what i enjoy is what I do I worked with money and did administration, also debt review you have to follow up your own bad debts of your clients. Data capturing of clients details and confirmations. Also to put a smile on that client's face will make my day. The most challenging aspect is that the follow up of bad debt. It's out of your control to collect money from clients when they lost their jobs. And when clients change their banking details.
