Well growth opportunities at Avon To work with my employees as a team give me a great deal of confidence my typical work day contains of marketing my existing brand and product. My most challenging ordeals within in business would be concistant reaching my potential target, which I do enhance successfully.

Avon

Working for Avon is great, because it comes as an extra activity one can do when they don’t have time to make money in other ways. For example if you’re a student, or a stay at home individual, it gives you a chance to advertise their products to close people, which will buy or may buy for you and in return you make profit for yourself.

Pros: Great as an extra activity
Cons: Discounts may come short on profit

What I have learned

I personally have learned to work under pressure. I have learned to own up to my mistakes and do better because whenever a wrong order is composed it didn't only affect me as a picker but even worse if it got to a customer. Luckily we have checkers too, but if it passes by them then we definitely going to have an inquiry from a customer which is not good for the company. Time management, one has to manage time because we had an hourly target up to a day per line. All in all I'd say Avon has taught me to be a fast learner and have a sharp eye sight.

Take and submit orders, good communication skills and customer service skills

My typical work day is to take orders from existing and new clients and submit the orders, in most cases I work alone which has taught me to self push and work hard to make sure I reach my goals and strive to achieve

You have to be more careful when it comes to recruiting new customers to business because the more you recruit is the more you are creating the chances of meeting your target

The journey with Avon

Working with AVON can be tough in terms of making sales however it also is very enjoyable meeting new people as well as making more contacts. My manager Faheem Khan has always been there to lead an guide me through the journey. Avon has helped boost my confidence by always being supportive as well as encouraging. It has also allowed me to meet new people and make contacts with many brilliant people who I've come to get to know and respect immensely. This experience is out of this world, I've learnt so many things about sales, cosmetics as well as loving yourself and others. Avon has support groups for their staff members ti push them to do better and to make sure that their mental and emotional health is all good

Pros: I work flexibly, basically on my own terms.
Cons: The commission isn't enough

Good listener , fast learner , attentive

I have only worked under sales my sales representative was very impressed with my work . I'm a very fast learner and friendly. I know how to attract customers. I'm a warm person with a great personality. I'm very good with people

Excellent learning curve

I have discurved myself that i do work well with a team i have always known that but being a sales person have made me realise that i do have a passion in business in managing people I am more energertic when given a tasks and i do make sure that i meet my demand in reasonable time.
