Excellent learning curve

I have discurved myself that i do work well with a team i have always known that but being a sales person have made me realise that i do have a passion in business in managing people I am more energertic when given a tasks and i do make sure that i meet my demand in reasonable time.

Excellent learning curve

Well growth opportunities at Avon To work with my employees as a team give me a great deal of confidence my typical work day contains of marketing my existing brand and product. My most challenging ordeals within in business would be concistant reaching my potential target, which I do enhance successfully.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of day-to-day financial operations. Manage and maintaining tight financial controls, manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders guaranteeing satisfaction of both parties. Providing insightful reporting and commercial analysis to support management decision making. Driving change within the organisation. Presenting monthly results and reports to the Finance team. Looking after and managing the accounts team and ensuring that payments are processed within agreed terms.

Flexible time in current job

Everyday I do admin and check emails. Work daily on the computer and with my team Help with queries and managing the team. Sales are important because that pays out to you

I have excellent sale skills, Computer Skills, People Skills

We work from Monday- Sunday, you can work whenever you feel like working. i have a great relationship with some of the people i work with because Avon is a big company its all over the world, so i don't know all my co-workers. i have learnt great communication skills and sales skills, i also learnt to work with people, i'm not nervous or anything like that anymore. i enjoy going out talking to the people i sell Avon's products to, they are very helpful sometimes, and friendly to. the most challenging aspects of this job is, you have to go out and look for people to buy your products, which i don't mind at all, but sometimes i don't even make a sale, and if i don't, i don't get money because in order for me to get a few rand i have to sell Avon's products.

Pros: If you work hard, you achieve greater than what you worked for
Cons: Not getting a few rand's, if you do not make a sale.

Great experience in sales

I learnt to work with difficult people. I dealt with money and when problems came I fix it. I had to run around take orders from customers and place their orders correctly. I had to make sure their products are delivered safely to them. The money was kind of stressful. My salary was not so good but I received what I got and I was grateful. I enjoyed placing the orders and interaction of the job and seeing all the new products. Each day I must track the order and give feed back to when the order will come. I must make sure all problems are fixed and dealt with.

Pros: Seeing new products and aiming to your goal of making more money.
Cons: Stressful money problems

Sales, marketing, display, customer satisfaction, budgets, forecasting

Work With and manage people, customer orientated. In field daily, office duties later, train and development daily, new customers daily, projecting vs forecasting monthly vs weekly vs daily and report back meetings monthly. Management meeting with my staff monthly and business reviews. Drive staff to meet expectations assist when and where I can see a problem area. I do not have challenges we work together to find a way Have a open door policy with my team

Sales and marketing

it is a challenging environment but everyday i learn something new. clients are very difficult sometime you run the business at a loss because they sometimes disappear with your money and you have to use your own money to recover all the debts.

Pros: sales and marketing skills
Cons: there are no working hours, if a client wants a product at 10 p.m you make the order.

WORKING AS A SALES PERSON IS MORE THEN JUST WORK IT IS USUALLY LIKE BEING AT HOME. YOUR ENJOY EVERY MOMENT ESPECIALLY IF THE PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP ARE AT THE SAME LEVEL AS YOU. LONG DAYS ARE SPENT
