Excellent learning curve

AVIS BUDGET IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR , ITS BEEN AROUND FOR YEARS AND STILL GROWING. WHAT I LOVED ABOUT MY JOB IS THAT I WORKED WITH PEOPLE TOURIST TO BE EXACT. PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND BACKGROUNDS. I LEARNED TO BE PATIENT. WHAT COULD BE CHALLENGING THE MOST IS WHEN A TOURIST CANT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, HOWEVER YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT AND SLOW WITH THEM. I WORKED WELL WITH THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT, WE HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP.

Acquired valuable experience

I plan fleet and provide fleet, especially where there's car shortage, interaction with customers providing them with cars and finally planning fleet for the next day and balance station cash.

Personal attributes

I'm an out spoken person, with ability fo go extra miles and achieving goals and self driven and ego to learn. I enjoy spending most of my time at work and approach every day with a different mind and also like to take part as a team player and assist most of my colleagues. I treat every customer fairly and adhere to company process and policies. Again to do admit if I did something and use it as a learning curve to do my work best, furthermore I am responsible for my own growth. I dont hold grudges nor get angry and blow out of proportion. I'm a honest straight talker. The only challenges if that when explaining things to client but seems they understand but not really sure what you saying to them.

Best experience

Exclent service and professional services i learned more and still continuing to gain experience and skills to further career to the next level the company is growing the coworkers have good attitude we enjoyed every single time we worked together we worked as a team like family

Good work and happy staff but when it comes money tears running with chicks.

i'm simple man who follow the company instruction.hard working with some members and good skill.work overtime,good relationship with our co-worker.custumer service .driving the top dogs.driving a rude custumer.

Working at a call centre, with different people from countries, learning their cultures.

I am currently working for Avis Rent a Car as a customer consultant, I have been with the company for 8 years, moving around different departments so i do have experience in the call centre industry. I am an ambitious person full of dreams and goals. Working working and committed person.

Diversity in the company lived up to the company values, respect for people.

Good company allows one to grow and living up to the company values and culture. Taking all international calls, email requests, retention of customers sold all products to increase revenue. Rent a Car, Chauffeur drive and point to point services and luxury cars. Handling customer queries redirected them to the relevant departments always provide quality service and exceed customer's expectations

environment, gave me an opportunity keep learning, meeting and dealing with new individuals daily, work with and in a team. The high commutor traffic work environment helped me find new ways to overcome challenges at hand. Seeing internal and external customers satisfied with my value added input also gave me motivation to grow and reach new goals.Everyday had its own challenges and everyday was an on the job training experience. Working shifts allowed me to rearrange my priorities and create a new work life structure.Company offered a competitive remuneration structure, together with company and family benifit
