Excellent learning experience
Great organization, however still lots of improvements to be done in terms of equality. Race is still a big factor within staff members. Newly graduates are given a great platform to join the work place.

Exposure to new things
I currently work at a pressurized environment with huge volumes of work and tight month ends deadlines. I am a team player and willing to learn from others. Due, to wanting to grow myself I have taken more responsibilities from people that have left the company to get exposure. Therefore, I have learnt a lot about the financial department of the company.

Great experience and lot of growth
Working for the company has been a great experience. There is always growth with the ones role. There are too many opportunities for one to futhur them self in what they are doing and most importantly there support given to me was so amazing. The most key thing ive learned is for one to not limit them selves in what they currently doing but to be able to explore and also do great outside the boindaries of the company.

Pros: Given the recent changes within our business, one is optimistic that the new promotion opportunities will be the future.
Cons: We are still working in silos as different divisions of our business, though changes are imminent.

Good experience
we are currently busy with resevations and check outs and check ins and I do monthly SHE Rep duties every month end which includes perfoming checklist admin on monthly basis,premises and housekeeping on satisfactory,description of problem andsuggested rectification.

Excellent working with numbers
I'm a very dedicated person in everything that i do and i like to working in the team as im a goo team member I'm open to learn more about the development in in the industry and open to learn more about.
Pros: Working for Avis rent a car was very nice as i have learned at lot in terms of the Automotive industry but the approach is to keep a positive attitude and make sure that you deliver what you have been employed to do also to ensure that you work hand on hand with you colleagues it will be easier to tackle each problem very easy
Cons: The cons working there is that when you dont meet you deadlines the task that you are given is moved from you immediately without finding out why didn't you make your deadline
