Enjoyable environment
Excellent customer service and mistery shopper results to proof. Work exstreemly well with my Co workers. Every day was a typical plan day. And hoping for sales after admin and morning meetings. Kept urself busy with cleaning while waiting for customers. Challange in my job was the hours that changed and had to say goodbye to the off days and weekends stipulated in the contract. No personal time left make all of us tired
Pros: Enjoy my job at retail. Excellent customer service part of the exceptional service granted.
Cons: One weekend off. No family time or personal time

The best company with room for growth and opportunities given to employees for promotion
Day to day operations are hectic and push an individual to the limit but all worth it the company offer employees the chance to learn upgrade themselves and be better individuals

Excellent learning curve
What I enjoy most is to make employees safe by ensuring that they know the hazards and risks associated with their job and how to mitigate it. The most challenging aspect about my job is that sometimes I get to work long hours or come to work at any given time if there is an incident or accident. Good communication skill is required to be able to do this job so my relationship with my co-workers is in a god space.

Great Organization to work for.
EEvery Monday morning, we have a catch up meetings with Shipping team and other internal stakeholders to discuss the week ahead, following up on the to-do-list for the day, updating daily Management reports. We deal with many internal and external stakeholders and we have a healthy and fruitful relationships with each other, we support, coach, collaborate and recognize each others achievements. In my role, I learnt to work in a team and individually, to be consistent, understand the dynamics of my organization and industry. I enjoy the different challenges, due to the many service providers we work with and the times where queries are resolved, and where costs are minimized benefitting the business. Most challenging aspects is getting the entire supply chain working together harmoniously to reduce delays and extra costs incurring. fir the business and our client.

Its a big company, that believes in its people. Very customer focused and driven by putting the customer first. Lots of opportunities for development and invest in talent. Grows great brands .

Handles pressure very well as i beat the deadlines am always on time
I have been in payroll for 10 years doing full payroll function. I have experience on both wages and salaries. The maximum headcount I have handled is 2500 salaries. In my job I also do recons third parties and cats payments. I have experience on SAP VIP CRS and Oracle. I handle pressure very well. Give me an opportunity you wont regret it.
