Team worker

I work well with my co-workers we are like a family. I always have a busy day as I have weeklies and monthlies. I enjoy all that as I like a challenging job. I have learnt a lot like don't be afraid of challenges or changes in the workplace as they can be of your benefit.

Pros: its a big company and you learn a lot
Cons: we do work work extra hours when needed to

Excellent Learning curve

Different types of managers, whom have taught me certain aspects of the working environment , both positive and Negetive. I've learnt a lot about team work, admin, organizing and management. I enjoy the administration part of my duties,including controlling the stock room. This includes, Dispatching and receiving of stock, capturing and compiling, banking, reports and cash summaries, these include :audit trials, transactonal reports etc.

More experience

Dear Sir/Madam I believe I have the necessary skills that will guide me to effectively and efficiently contribute to the company. Very confusing environment

Good relation with team Customers very interesting type Love the enviroment in store Not no if you going or coming at every moments Struture is there but very disfunctional and leaving the team very confused.

Good opportunities

I am a hard working person and always eager to learn and experience new things. I believe Administration is afield I would like to broaden my knowledge, invest my time and dedicate my life in. The would not be a better way of using your opportunity, of which I hope to attain and to reach my goals in a Admin field and being recognised as a highly competent individual one day.

SOLUTION FOCUSED

I've learned a lot from AVI and enjoyed every moment I spent for more than 10yrs. I am a team work and hard worker and willing to learn to grow more outside AVI. AVI is a nice and big company but I need to change my career for other opportunities.

Broad Learnings

On a daily basis I interact with all the factory employees, promoting safety compliance within the factory I do weekly reports and company communication (genaral) I manage the department cleaner as well as the Assistant driver's daily routes, collections and deliveries

Pros: Big learning curve in FMCG
Cons: Not challenging
