Good learner

I was working Monday to Friday but sometimes if there are lots of work I work on satarday.my relationship with my co-workers was good because we were working as a team in order to reach deadline.i have learned alot from them since I was an intern.what I have enjoy most is working with people like them and being a fast learner is what make me realise that I can even grow more.

Growth enhancing skills curve

I work for theb ART division in a very high yield clinic taking bloods from more than 100 patients daily for virallodas and patients who are yet to be initiated on treatment. relationship with workers is very healthy and hardly get a chance to debrief due to the workload. I have learnt to practice a lot of patience and intergrity while working with patience and. I enjoy the constant interaction with patients and love the satisfaction that come after helping them. the most challenging aspect is not having enough necessarily equipment

Excellent learning

i work under a health institute its a non government institute we collect data from the facilities for an overall stats , weekly , monthly , quarterly and annualy for our funders.

Excellent learning curve

I work normal 8 hours which Its enjoyable but strainers at times when it comes to deadlines. I have a great workable relationship with all my co workers and we even talk outside of work environment. I have learned more about team work and how good it is to work worked to achieve a common goal for a company to move forward I enjoy the management style they use and how we treat each other as a family. the most challenging aspect is dealing with all the data and only to get other data coming late and you have to rush the dead lines

My work experience

Working at aurum gave me the opportunity to interact with people and assist them by helping them to help themselves I learned team work and integrity. I was based in facilities so that challenged me to learn things out of my work scope just so I get to assist people and upgrade my problem solving skills, I learned to work effectively and efficiently under pressure. I learned to deal with my own emotions to avoid conflicts with clients.

ngo supporting Department of health through health systems, research, direct service delivery. great company that can be a stepping ladder. the company have expanded over the years, typical 8 hours shift, relationship with colleagues great, enjoying travelling.

Great opportunity to work with a team of nurses, clerks and other facilities

Based at Municipal clinics capturing patient files and reporting to Sub-district. Work closely with nurses and clerks to provide key patient info and ensure the filing system and patient records are up to date.

Pros: Data and Records management experience.

its a normal 8-5 job good working environment its an industry where you can grow as a person I enjoy that all people are so friendly and helpful team work its practiced and I have a good working relationship with colleagues there are more trainings in this jobs the challenging part its dead lines
