I'm hard worker and I like to manager people and to work on any interesting projects. I like to work with people who are Hiv posetive. TB and STI management I also like to work on a group but I can also work as individual.

Dynamic work environment

My typical day involve facility visit to support the team that works in the facilities. I would review each employee daily and weekly performance, for instance for each Lay counsellor in the facilities I would reviews the number of patients tested daily and if those that tested positive were linked into care by the clinician. I would also clarify any queries raised by operational team and escape where appropriate. I have learnt to work in a multi-disciplinary team. The thing with working for the Aurum is that members of the team depend on the other to achieve their key performance activities. So teamwork is a big thing here. With each team, there are many dynamics that sometime can be challenging to work with, however as the lead I try by all means to manage and resolve conflict and motivate the team to see the bigger picture.

Exceelent learning curve

Working for Aurum has been an eye opener, facility that i am working in is very busy so in that way you learn new things almost everyday. you must be very observant and vigilant when enter data asour facility is being visited regurlarly by the funder. relationship between the co-worker is good we work as team aurum and DOH staff. i believe some of the targets set up bythe funder are unrealistic.

Im very punctual ,disciplined , i work better with team and individually

good typing skills , i have learnt to write reports and sending statistics , i have enjoyed working with clients , i also had a very good relationship with my co-workers as i am an easy person to work with , i also work well under pressure and deadlines.i always deliver on time.

It's a learning curve and empowerment

mIt It is a great company to work for as the team works well together and provide support to one another. I work well with my co-workers as it is a supportive team and help one another when needed to. I have learnt that it is important to co-operate and have a supportive structure because we as colleagues we always need each other but to also learn and be open-minded. I enjoy working and being a helper(social worker) I am very passionate about my job. The challenging aspect is that we are placed in clinic whereby sometimes the work-flow between us and the clinic staff if difficult and we end up missing other people.I a team worker who is will

Learnt extensively on TB and HIV/Aids research and clinical issues

Every working day is a challenge day and looking forward to come up with solutions Team work is central to the success of the team Working with others cohesively and coherently ease up the work load Making a contribution to team success makes me happy Missing deadlines makes me sad but always having a contingency plan to bounce back

Excellent Learning

Being a data Capturer is challenging. Because everyday I deal with a PC, there's no rest,ROM 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Sometimes I deal with rude patients, thee who lie about their HIV status.

Pros: Learning more about Art and TB patients
Cons: Working with patients that are from your neighborhood
