Positive enthusiastic professional energetic always willing to learn

Good relationship with co-workers. I've learned corporate etiquette. I enjoy organising the décor for all big events. Most challenging aspects of my job is arranging Accommodation and flights as people tend to make last minute changes and that affects pricing and availability.

Raising the bar

I perform oversight duties over financial advisers and brokers on daily basis. I enable the sales team with required sales skills in order to perform above required standards as a result the team is the highest ranked in the region. I have a friendly relationship with colleagues. I have learnt that it is important to listen to everyone in the team as we all have different experiences and a wealth of knowledge to share. I enjoy assisting people to achieve their career and personal aspirations. The most challenging aspect is also the most exciting and relates to coming up with strategies to improve the teams performance.

Hard worker,fast learner good listener

I capture the business of brokers and reps,send emails,do quotations,liase with manager and reps,responsible for telephone quiries,report to head office,send underwitting general admin.work under pressure and overtime, deadlines, send quotation to reps and brokers,help the brokers with the business,update them with any correspondence.I am a good listener,fast learner and a hard worked.I enjoy working with colleagues and supervisor, assupol its like my second home,all staff are always happy. I have learned to always deal with clients and treat them fairly

Being independent and focusing on sales

Weweeewe have a good working environment and we focusing on getting the clients and we organize some events for us to make sales. I have learnt if you want to get money you have to go out of your comfort zoneexnnx)

Fast learner,excellent listening skill and understand things before of can be done

Working in a company is a big challenge ,you must work according to the company rules. I enjoy working with people because you can share your opinion to each other and if you do not understand some work you can one of them .what I have learn in the company is you must take you work as you first priority and work with clients fairly ,what I enjoy most was when I have to do challenging works that to they never teach me and when I have done the mistakes they do rectify for I was the one fixing it.The most challenges of the job is when they giving me different schemes to captured and at the same and they want it to be finished before the due date.

I make telephone calls to the customers make appointments, do presentation to the new customers and existing customers. making prospective. and do financial needs analysis. and signing new contracts.

My daily duties entail assisting field agents and brokers with their daily sales, assisting the Sales Managers in reaching their targets through all administrative tasks.

I was making calls to the customers and do presentation to the new and old customers. Making prospective. signing new contract. I learn that people are not the same its help me to deal with different customers. what I like most about my work we travel a lot

Very dedicated and people s person.

I enjoy my work as it allows me to interacts with employee and different levels daily. It makes me feel good and proud knowing that employees can relate to me and are able to communicate with me. As it some times can be challenging because as a go to person you are also expected to know every person as an individual and as colleagues.
