Increadible attitude towards increasing the skills already obtained, and great communicater
So my day at work usually starts with high energy from the moment you enter the building. Greetings all around filled with laughter and jokes. . My relationship with my co-workers is great, really feels like family, they always make my day no mater what challenge may arise. . I learnt that we are all human, we don't sell to each other but provide for each other. I've learnt social imagination always putting yourself in someone else's shoes and think how you would like to be treated in that situation. . The thing I enjoy most about the job is taking to the clients and the great feeling it gives me knowing that I made a difference in their live and their gratitude is the greatest feeling of all. The most challenging thing is always having to put your moods aside and always provide excellent service no matter what, but it has also assisted in building my character.

Learning curve in a completely different industry
Being a data capturer there isn't much to this role and also not much room for growth and development. As a team of data capturer we work well together..however working with a team of sales managers can be a challenge as they are not an easy bunch to.work with. Being very goal driven isn't bad but not the point where they feel they can micro manage us and think we report to.them when we don't. As we.report to an officer manager.

Great learning opportunity
Assisting Sales Managers to reach a monthly target by recruiting new sales representatives. Making sure that new sales representatives attend full product training offered by Assupol and that they are well equipped to go out into the field and are productive.I work very closely with my colleagues and other departments such as Talent Development and Payroll, IT and we work well together. I have learnt alot about how the recruitment of sales representatives operate,the FAIS fit and proper requirements tools for representatives and the products per category. I enjoy using the new system that was implemented recently for doing credit and criminal checks before recruiting any agent. It is easy and efficient. The most challenging aspects of the job is when Sales manager do not meet deadlines and they do not submit necessary documents which can delay the process of the applications.

I am a hard working person who always follows procedure in every task that I do. I am co-operative, good communicator, believe in myself and abilities. I am highly motivated, prefer working under pressure in an environment that is supportive, encourages individual participation, individual initiative and co-operation. I am also creative self-motivated individual, innovative and I have the ability to adapt to challenging environment with relative ease.

Any Finacial opportunity is an excellent learning curve for me.
I spend a great deal of time just listening to my clients. I want them to know I understand their situation and want to take the time to recommend the best possible solutions for them. I advise, and answer their questions fully in a way that makes sense to someone without a finance background. My most recent work experience is in sales. Pairing my firsthand investment skills with my sales experience has prepared me for this financial advisor role. The challenging aspect would be that, I haven't had a chance to implement any other specific strategy yet, I am comfortable with my specific skill of expertise, but I am continuing my learning through additional coursework and independent learning. I look forward to fully exploring the products, services and techniques your company uses in addition to the financial advising skills I already have.
Pros: Work with important information and data, access to senior management of the company, handling of confidential information, provide recommendations to improve the business, high compensation and salary, ability to earn bonuses and share-based compensation, work with numbers, build interesting presentations.
Cons: Long hours, high level of responsibility, high urgency for most work, extreme attention to detail required, little opportunity to be creative.

My Current Duties
My duties entail giving support to field agents and brokers and assisting Sales Managers in achieving their targets. I am also responsible for fleet management tasks.
