Managing a centralised recruitment and selection unit

Stakeholder management, Customer centric environment, Interacting with people from different cultures, Supervising, Have learned presenting at HR management meetings. Developing, Implementing and managing recruitment and selection policies, procedures and standard operating guidelines.

Excellent learning

Learn to be a perceptive, responsible and diligent administrator who is able to take the initiative and perform effective action as needed. I have very good communication skills, and is able to represent and plan a Department's activities with skill and dedication. She presents a positive image of the Department at all times. Her ability to organise and improve the organisation of the office of the Department in which she was my administrator was exemplary, and remembered. I have no hesitation in recommending Ms Wentzel for appointment in an administrative position which requires responsibility and attention to detail. Ms Wentzel can be relied on at all times!

Excellent learning curve
