I would love to learn newe things and grew in my career.
When one enter the building into he morning, we look forward to great laughs, PCR and agarose gels in the afternoon. The diagnostic work that I do include verification of reports, diagnostic and surveillance testing for the animal industry. The work I do is considered very important for the economy of our country. We pride ourselves in that we are ensuring that the people of South Africa we enjoy their meat with any viruses that could harm them. I do understand that as a meat lover, you will enjoy your steak medium or rare without the hustle and wonder if it is safe for consumption. The meat has formed a great part of our daily conversations with lunch even breakfast as everyone discussed their recipes to outdo the previous chicken or beef. We understand that food is medicine thus the meat we eat must be great time managers and learn better methods to improve diagnostic tools. I enjoyed working with cell-cultures and molecular biology.

Is a good work place to gain experience
Most employees are devoted and committed to doing their jobs. People get to work in team showing respect to one another and most importantly remaining professional in work issues and decisions.

Good job where one learns daily

Good place for learning.
Good place for learning especially if the person is passionate about agriculture. The company is full of good people with population of youth slowly increasing and our relationship is good. I learned more field work than lab work and I enjoyed doing something different.

Cons: On some days there are power issues and network may be gone.

Excellent learning
Great fun working place where a student can learn much. Great atmoshpere and good relationships with co-workers. Travel and studyfees are a great plus point. No bonus or obertime payment, you have to manage your own time.
