Great opportunity to learn across different departments
I've learned a lot. I once worked for 2 mines reporting two different Eng. Managers. Preparing capital projects business plans, project charters, apply for budget votes per project, system information uploading per project, maintain and keep information, write reports, site meetings, procurement meetings. All this for mine and executive management. Excellent cross project organogram communication, and this aspect was my killer punch. The most challenging aspect was when I had to divide myself in to two to my bosses.
Pros: Was touch but I belief that I've learned more than them.
Cons: Was doing double the job earning low while my peers were earning double my salary handling only one mine.

I'm desperately looking for a job. I'm a dedicated working person who don't mind working overtime for my company I won't let you down by hiring me . I'm a fast learner and hard worker ,I like working as team and learn from my co-workers.i t was great working in the company the biggest problem with the senior management they didn't considered man ,but my dedicated team work it had shown them that as a woman i can do the duties and exceed their expectations

Since the mining industry is considered to be the least paying industry I wold say I was satisfied with the offer because when I started I was not experience

Excellent learning curve
To whom it may concern Given this opportunity, the company will be greatly pleased, because it will be employed a team coordinator, self driven, a mentor, a self motivated goal reacher, hard worker, a problem solver, challenge enthusiastic, a planner and a fast learmer. As I have 2 trades, Electrician and boiler maker having an artisan skill in both and I have worked on them both practically. I have a vast experience in any engineering sphere it's either surface or under ground working with different characters and different machineries I am well build. Safety strategies and problem solving skills are also available. Hiring me you will not regret as I also have a management skill as I practised it at my company as well as an executive director there beside being a multiskilled engineering foreman at anglo gold.

Good career development
Working for Anglo Gold Ashanti has been amazing, communication with my supervisor and colleagues is amazing, taking responsibility for my actions. I learnt that not only geology related duties will be given to me, any duties entrusted to me should be done and leave them if I feel like my safety is jeopardized. I enjoyed a lot when I am being asked to help. The most challenging part is analysing results because the decisions of the company will be based on your analysis.

I like to explore and learn new things .
Every morning I liaise with the section to find out if there is any urgent or critical issues that raised from the night shift . Inspect machinery and conduct planned inspections in my area of responsibility at intervals prescribed by Regulation or determined by the chief Safety Officer. I am open to my co-workers and If there is anything that I do not understand I engage my them to help , the team I am working with is very great and help full. I have learned to explore and get out of my comfort zone by doing new things when ever I have the opportunity . I enjoy working together with people by coaching and empowering them by giving them necessary information . The most challenging aspect of my job is supervisors who let employees to comprise safety in the name of production.
Pros: I want to be a manager in the near future that is why I study to acquire as much knowledge as I can.
Cons: I can work long hours.

All in your hands
I like working with people and enjoy group projects, but I am also a self-starter who does not mind working on my own. I am good at organisational skills, prioritization and time management. I am responsible, committed and have conscientious self-discipline approach. A good level of motivation among fellow workers.

People's person
Anglo Gold Ashanti (AGA) is a value centred organisation where employees live those values ,we used an open space office environment to enable conversations whilst we are working. The organisation every as employees we strive to leave employees and communities better off with us having been there. We also promote healthy leaving as result we gym inside the building ,the security the company provides for employees is what I love most cause it indicates that they care for employees.

Stimulating environment
i have a good relationship with everyone, we have built a plc panel for a booster fan underground, that was the great experience, and the booster fan was commissioned. The most challenging aspect of the job, when is your first time doing it.
