EXCELLENT
started as an intern and now a fixed term contractor. contract expires in june with no chances of extension. what i enjoy working for the company is that one is given the opportunity to lead and learn from mistakes. i get along well with my colleagues. the most challenging part of the job is having to retrench employees that did not even know of their fate. but otherwise....i have learnt a lot since working here.

Anglo gold Ashanti is no longer strong as before
Kindly find attachment below it's a short copy of my curriculum vitae, iwish to apply for the position of operating machine job,ive been employed at Anglo gold Ashanti for the past 2 years working as folklift, tractor, mobility and front end loader (multi skill operator) and for the past two years at Murray and Robert company as operator of telescopic boom handler that lift the maximum capacity of 8000kg and other experience I've obtained is operate counter balanced lift truck F3 code and capacity of 10000kg also a Hydraulic mobile crane C43 code,capacity of 12000 kg and mobile crane ,I've completed my assessor and facilitator program

I obtained my qualification,Electrical trade certificate.
My typical day started at 2am up to 2pm depending on breakdowns,which could sometimes be more. During this time i developed relationships from all levels from the general worker to our Production Engineer as well as people outside my department(Engineering) which usually helped a lot. I learnt to be more analytical,to fault find,to think before acting and to apply safety in every work that i do and also to work independently as well as in a team.I enjoyed solving problems,and the fact that people trusted me in fault finding at times was given my own team to connect,join cable or test components which boasted my confidence as well as my team leading skills which were sharpened. The most challenging aspects were that i am a young woman,who was working in a male dominated industry,but i overcame it because of my dedication and being hands on.
Pros: Got to gain exposure in one of the biggest mines and also got my trade certificate
Cons: We were sometimes at risk as this was a mining industry underground with a number of fatals

Great opportunity to learn across different departments
I've learned a lot. I once worked for 2 mines reporting two different Eng. Managers. Preparing capital projects business plans, project charters, apply for budget votes per project, system information uploading per project, maintain and keep information, write reports, site meetings, procurement meetings. All this for mine and executive management. Excellent cross project organogram communication, and this aspect was my killer punch. The most challenging aspect was when I had to divide myself in to two to my bosses.
Pros: Was touch but I belief that I've learned more than them.
Cons: Was doing double the job earning low while my peers were earning double my salary handling only one mine.

I'm desperately looking for a job. I'm a dedicated working person who don't mind working overtime for my company I won't let you down by hiring me . I'm a fast learner and hard worker ,I like working as team and learn from my co-workers.i t was great working in the company the biggest problem with the senior management they didn't considered man ,but my dedicated team work it had shown them that as a woman i can do the duties and exceed their expectations

Since the mining industry is considered to be the least paying industry I wold say I was satisfied with the offer because when I started I was not experience

Excellent learning curve
To whom it may concern Given this opportunity, the company will be greatly pleased, because it will be employed a team coordinator, self driven, a mentor, a self motivated goal reacher, hard worker, a problem solver, challenge enthusiastic, a planner and a fast learmer. As I have 2 trades, Electrician and boiler maker having an artisan skill in both and I have worked on them both practically. I have a vast experience in any engineering sphere it's either surface or under ground working with different characters and different machineries I am well build. Safety strategies and problem solving skills are also available. Hiring me you will not regret as I also have a management skill as I practised it at my company as well as an executive director there beside being a multiskilled engineering foreman at anglo gold.
