Good.

The company is always looking to improve and benchmark in the industry. The people in the company are innovative and improve the professional life of the person and the support to each other. The most challenging thing about the industry is the instability of the working environment.

Identifying, assessments, planning and implementation of PPM Tool

• Providing portfolio governance reviews and report respectively. • Performing the monthly health checks on projects • Portfolio budget balancing against projects • Portfolio reviews with the cross-functional Head of Departments • Presentations to Business Units investments committees for individual project funding

I am still on learning curve

My work involves responsibility for safety of all team members, work budget, planning, organising, leading and control I HAVE GOOD relantionship with my team members we treat each other like famaly members, i have learn to respect and be transparent ,hornest if expecting same from others. i do enjoy job chalenges and problem solving deliver quality work on time as per specifications

Cons: Sometimes work long hours to achieve daily targerts or do proplem solvings

I enjoy what I do and would like to broaden my knowledge

I enjoy my work as a rigger at anglo . I work very well with all people and always strive to build better relationships as I go forward in life . Rigging is a passion for me . I'm always open for news and better ways in doing a job more effective . Very safety conscious . I'm also part of the mines fire rescue team which is a great achievement for myself

Excellent learning curve

- A typical work day We have very good working temperature making our stopes and other working areas to be efficient environment to be able to do our job as expected. - Your relationship with co-workers Good relationship with my computer workers as mentainig mutual respect and mature response towards the business we in is the key at the end of the day. - What you have learnt Not keeping up with promises dispirit people and that the bonus money points out the determination and ability to give people a push and pull towards successful team. DELIVERY!!! - What you enjoy most The safety campaigns that teaches us and workers to have an open mentality towards the importance of our lives and job saving. - The most challenging aspects of the job Our shafts cage had often break downs delaying the shift and randomly break down of compressed air that would get our drilling not functioning and loose a blast and production. Material and equipment not been delivered on time.

Excelent continuous improvement background from diffent industries

Excellent working condition within a team with one culture and transformation, team colleagues who are always willing to assist and share information. I have learnt the implementation of different systematic project that are supported (at the forefront) by business process. How processes drive the systems and positive impact it has when properly designed. I enjoy working with different functional unit to solve the problem that they have. The most challenging as is travelling on a weekly basis to support all different functional units initiatives.

Large Capital project systems and procedures

Working in such a large corporate structure unfortunately bring set of corporate politics and strategy to work in the environment. Work days are filled with meetings and liaison with Project stakeholders from community to top management. For a collaborative work environment relationships and Emotional Intelligence(EI) is key in unlocking the best performance from each individual unique resource. With my ability in working with people to a project goal, with understanding of the characters in a technical environment I will add value. My understanding and experience of key project success factors to facilitate an integrated multi disciplinary project will contribute to success. Communicating and convincing decision makers, senior management and owners of the critical importance to Scope definition freeze, work breakdown, planning and execution of the plan is the larges challenge. To then manage these stakeholders to limit further involvement and change remain a challenge.
