It was a good experience

When I report in duty we had a meeting before we start working to plan how are we gonna achieve our production for a day. We also had fantastic management they encourage us to be in our toes. Some times we were working as a collective or team and individually, I've learned to work as a team and be a hard worker, enjoyed working extra hours, challenge was a workload it's a busy company

Pros: We had incentives every month
Cons: Too much work load

Not worth it

No teamwork in my department Only one who is asked to assist with other work, when others do what they were employed to do. Gained printing experience and 4 months marketing assisting experience

Pros: Managers take time to listen to you

Young hardworking girl, dream driven ambitious about my work, loves team work and faste learner. Learned how to assemble orders consolidate them scan them also how to check them not forgetting to being able to pick them first, enjoy team work as we show each other this and that, working in peace
