Great Company to work for and to gain experience

1.Great company to work for. 2.excellent training methods. 3.managerial decision are influenced by certain member's of staff. 4.There isn't a room for growth no matter how Good you are or how hard you work. 5.with time one becomes demotivated.

There is so much to learn.

I work in a diagnostic Laboratory. We receive and analyse specimens, test antibiotics and recommend the best one to Doctors. The company is sub decided into many departments, Ersoteric, Molecular Biology, Hematology, TB laboratory, Histology and Microbiology. I am working in the Microbiology Laboratory. I have gained so much knowledge, medical biology wise, I was also taught how to use Meditech and Mcap, specimen processing.

Pros: There is always something new to learn
Cons: Working under pressure at times.

My customers comes first and are very important people

I have gained more experience in admin and data capture.i was doing queries for the patients at the lab ,claiming their icd 10 code for the medical aid and for the patients who was paying with cash ,I was doing the slips for them then putting their information on our books to keep their records.

Pros: To outgrow myself and work out of the comfort of myself
Cons: 10 hours
