Possibility for growth

I started in the company in April 1998 as a Receptionist/Runner. I have grown from there to be where I am now and learned a lot about procedures and policies. I enjoy the training and audits which were jobs that was added later on as I wanted to learn other function instead of just office work. You can say I am a Jack of all trades. I am efficient, I know what is expected of me and I do it. I have reached a point in my job where my boss knows she doesn't have to check my work, because it is done, thus we never have any problems where it comes to the quality of my work.

Excellent learning opportunity

Ampath offers good working hours, I have a great relationship with co-workers, unfortunately there is no opportunity for growth/promotion, good opportunity for building experience

Long service possibilities

II have worked at the same company for going on 22 years. They do look after their people, but in today's economy, their salaries are not compatible with what is available out there. They are very set in training all staff and ensure that people are well trained in the direction of their appointments. Good benefits and stable working conditions. Very compliant with the standards and rules. It's a good place to work for.Promotional opportunities is there if you are in the right department and possibilities for growth and develop is available.

Excellent learning curve

Great working environment, excellent field and good coworkers well functioning company with opportunities for promotion and great diversity. Salary level very poor and no bonus or paying allowances

Learning curve

It was a great experience working there as messenger to branch admin worker well with all people. As branch admin I felt I over worker as I was put in many different departments I gained much as experience as I was exposed to different departments Bt i felt the money could have been more.

Learning curve

Since working at Ampath, I was introduced to other companies and as a result I developed working relationship with them. My position was a very demanding and challenging, and needs one to focus and have attention to details. I have learnt a lot and I was granted an opportunity to further my studies and I am very grateful for that. I also attended short courses rendered by the company.

Potentiality , hard working , smart well look

i have light in complex and not short not long , non smoker and none drinker i am more focused goal oriented and hard working person , given opprtunity i believe i can utilize my expertise and ability to do work within the company

Excellent learnimg curve

Working hours are tiring. hard to get annual leave.co workers are great and are team players.i learned how to handle difficult clients and how to manage working under pressure

A very good team to work with.

A veAvertogarnised company to work for. Lots of gsuppory to better your self. 7ryA organized coAble to enroll for studying even not r100% related to the current post you are in. As this will improve your perspective of viewing things.
