i assist customers with technical queries , i work well with with my co-workers and we have fun working together. I learn different things every day. I enjoy assisting customer with the queries and at the end of the call the customer is happy.

System support

My typical work day is 8.5 hours. My day begins with a building checks which evolves walking around each floor and checking on all users. This is done to make sure that all major systems and applications are running. By doing this every morning i am able to detect any system issues and escalate to the relevant parties to be resolved. Throughout my day i resolve incidents which are received via email, telephone and the incident logging system. Incidents are dealt with according to the priority level. If the incidents are of the same priority level they will be dealt with according to the times they came in.

Pros: It is a large company
Cons: Minimal growth opportunities

Excellent learning curve

I’ve had an opportunity to learn a lot of new skills since my employment under my current division. And while I appreciate all the knowledge, skills and good work relationships formed with my current team, I still aspire to grow my knowledge and be exposed to far beyond what I already have been. I do not take for granted all the other work opportunities I’ve been given in the past and currently, hence I would like to not only learn if given this opportunity, but put to great use my current knowledge and skill accumulated throughout my entire career up to so far. I look forward to investing my time and dedicating myself to growing my career as well as adding value to the post I’ll be entrusted to.

Great Experiance

Great company to work in for just that moving department is bit of a hussle

It's a good company for starters.

It is a good company for new graduates but you can't sustain your yourself for a while because it doesn't pay well. The growth is limited and very slim chances of promotion, more especially when you are black. s do

Pros: Great to start with after graduation
Cons: Not so good salary with crazy increases of less than 3 % annually
