Great work place

Its an interesting workpace but out of my work trade. Management is friendly abd we get along very well. The company is doing tracking and my field is Electrical and Instrumentation on the mining and power generation industry. I just want to do what i am good at and get back into my field of work. I have learnt a lot in Altech and it will benefit my future experience.

Great and Fast working environment

Altech Netstar contact centre is a busy and fast pace call centre. One has to be strategic, tactful and pay attention to avoid mistakes and compromising confidential information.

Pros: Great opportunity to make additional pocket money or overtime hours.
Cons: Generic system is used.

I have gained more experience in the Vehicle tracking industry

working for a big company you have a lot of interactions with co-workers and clients. i handle different queries daily ranging from software related issues, faulty units that need attendance , complains about units or tracking systems. I do appreciate and enjoy my work, environment, the experience.

Pros: A good working environment, user friendly systems that make work easier.
Cons: Having to do overtime on weekends to get extra money.

Km a hard working persons who can work un supervised i do my work in time and meet deadlines always im a person who gets anoyed when job is not done my way as it should on specs
