Netstar is a great company.

Netstar has been the best place for me. I had so much to learn and i dedicated myself to doing exactly that. I took any opputunity to explaose nyself in any department and learn and act. I have no regrets and given a chance i would go back. Company is best for young people still trying to understand the corporate world while getting paid and be responsible adult. It is not best to stay and try build uourself within. There is no growth.

Cons: Not a best place to stay long. There is no growth with in the company

A good place to learn and grow

Working here was fun everyday is like a new adventure as no two days are ever the same. I particularly enjoyed the travelling around gauteng, I got to see the beauty of this province in full. The work was hard at times as being busy meant we have to even skip lunch while working with heavy equipment up and down ladders.

Pros: Friendly working environment
Cons: Unsteady long working hours at most of the time.

Learning to a better destination

Being up to work standard and giving clients excellent service putting your company name at good state. I am always ready for any challenge to tackle to gain more experience in new challenges as a technician on the field.

Pros: hard work pays as a great gate way to a newer position
Cons: 8 hours a day And 2 hours of overtime when required

I am a 40 years old African male, with 17 years’ experience in my career. A Diploma graduate in Transportation Management, I worked for Aviation Company for 15 years as a Scheduling officer. I got high standard and level of good work ethics and through my career I have gained skills such as time management, on time performance, advance customer care. My computer skills are update hence I do hold a Diploma in Business Computing. I am self motivated and hard worker

I like credit control work because is challenging everyday there is something new I learned and is not 8 to 5 work you must be willing to put extra hours. I like resolving queries and make sure that our clients are happy at all times. I am target oriented and I treat every account like is a diamond. I am a team player.

Pros: I want to grow with the company and learn the system so that I can help others when they need help
Cons: I always put extra hours because it helps me to reach my target

Working under pressure, attention to details whilst adhering to the KPI’s was important.

The company provided a learning platform for everyone , the only thing was that it did not provide many opportunities for growth.,it wasn’t prepared for all the emergency situations.
