I am an engagement manager signing audit reports so my job demands exceptional skills in interacting with my staff that does audits, my executives that run the organisations and the stakeholders that rely on audit reports. Analytical, Organized, Methodical, Innovative, Puntual

Good relation with coworkers. A typical day includes coaching TA's, reviewing the Udit file, reporting to management and regular meetings with those charged with governance. Including presenting to the mister and portfolio committee in parliament

Auditing, having to ressolve audit issues, new audit task, team work

Auditing, having to ressolve audit issues, new audit task, team work. Engaging with the client and management to discuss audit issues, Travelling to different provinces and working with diversified group and learning other people's cultures and values.

Pros: opportuninty for growth as the organisation is big
Cons: long working hours during PFMA and MFMA when audit report is about to be issued.

Giid work ethic

THERE IS NOT EBIUNG SUPPORT IN ONE OF THE POSITIONS WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO PRODUCE WORKI OF THE UTMOST QUALITY. ITS EASY TO NOT WANT TO GROW BECAUSE OF BEONG USED TO ONE WAY OF DOING THINGS. THE PLANNING COULD BE BETTER ESPECIALLY WHERE HR and Training is concerned.
