I am working as Connection Scout, scouting of new employees to be utilised at in our clients site. Screening of CV's, calling of employees, signing them up , do fingerprints and assist them in contract signing once that is done place them on site and issue employee numbers.

No opportunity within Labour broker, however more opportunity within the secondment.

A typical day, Dealing with employees matters; expediting on procurement of items, Attending to technical details; engineering survey queries; writing contractual letters; writing reports; monitoring production; monitoring safety, health, quality and environment. Relationship with co-workers; Relationship is good. What I have learnt. To keep a good relationship with co-workers and sub-ordinates, What i enjoy, Making a difference in peoples lives. Most challenging aspects. To be always under pressure and to balance the works with the required schedule and or program.

Pros: No opportunity for growth.
Cons: Long working hours and Pressure to attain on deliverables.

A typical work environment

Company doesn't care about employees. HR management not easily reachable. Safety equipment and PPE not p working long hours and not getting full wage as per hours workedrovided on time.

Adcorp blu has superb growth opportunities. When adamant one can grow and expierience working at all the different departments which helps with growth and expierience

Excellent entry level

Am working for Truworths as a Picker, am using SF Scanner. I believe am a hard worker who pays attention to detail. I love what I do with my all. I am part of the "A" team we call ourselves "The Assassins". We are a great rainbow team from different cultures. I have a fabulous understanding supervisor.

Good

Fair enough nice working here. working hard is utmost important. Clients a bit tough but manageable. Work day mornings really tough ad you wofk with drivers that work long hours and are sometimes very frustrated. What i learned us to be patient and really listen to all the complaints and just try to make sense and understand.

Cons: Not really see myself in a management position soon

I worked as a Quality Assessor, Internal Auditor & Technician in the Quality s Automation (a mining supply cc). My duties were; to maintain the Quality Standards (ISO 9001: 2008) that was required by our customers. Improve and maintain records of inspection while auditing production, related departments and dealing with ISO standards and continuous improvements. Doing inspections and, or measuring (3D Faro Arm, Vernier’s, Lab test equipment) of internal and external suppliers' material, products, and parts. I am also efficient doing administrative duties on Word and Excel, data capturing.

Excellent

So far all is well Working at this company so far its great What i like to have is to have a permanent contract with blu. The work place it safe And i get along with my colligues I enjoy doing my work nd i love my job and my company. The most challenging thing is working under a lot of dusty coal and unfixed machine.. And what hurt the most is being a temporary worker i wish one day will be permanent..

Cons: 12 hours and working shift
