Perfect for working experience
I've working with adcorp since 2015, 1st at Cocacola, then moved to clover, now I'm back at cocacola, we switching sides every now and then cause they operate as an agency.

Excellent learning curve
Monday morning check all payroll queries and check all logs on Sharepoint (where we pick up payroll). We have runs Wednesday and Thursday morning. The busiest days are Tuesday and Wednesday when try to meet deadlines and to make sure employees hours are processed. From changing systems it has warrants us to only concentrate on one aspect of payroll and not having your own clients understanding your clients from A to Z. We capture payroll and send it off to be processed Head office. We've recently merged with another company and we've moved into an open plan office and we are getting along very well. We are able to assist each other if one behind with meeting the target. The part enjoy most is the queries because it exposes us to more than just the hours we process. The challenging part can be working with Operations that submitting the hours, for them not understanding the processes and confirming the hours to be process can be delayed by them.

Managing a site of more than 100 employees is an excellent learning curve. It demands, excellent organisational skills, punctuality and great work ethic.

I am a positive independent woman, who has self-control and patience, I invest all my energy to complete the task assign to me, I am very initiative with determination and responsibility is my mane. Great Opportunity to learn
As Operations Manager i manger various Business units in the FMCG space. We supply staffing to the likes of Crown National, Foschini, Truworths. In order to mange the different divisions successfully I mange my team where we engage daily in the running of their units and we have weekly and monthly meetings where we give the necessary feedback regarding the operations of the sites. i have learnt how to think how to make and prioritize strategic decisions on the go. I really enjoy the energy around the rush of the industry where there is constant change. The most challenging part of the job is adapting to the external pressures of the industry whether global or national, its about making sure we adapt to the changes.

No opportunity within Labour broker, however more opportunity within the secondment.
A typical day, Dealing with employees matters; expediting on procurement of items, Attending to technical details; engineering survey queries; writing contractual letters; writing reports; monitoring production; monitoring safety, health, quality and environment. Relationship with co-workers; Relationship is good. What I have learnt. To keep a good relationship with co-workers and sub-ordinates, What i enjoy, Making a difference in peoples lives. Most challenging aspects. To be always under pressure and to balance the works with the required schedule and or program.

A typical work environment
Company doesn't care about employees. HR management not easily reachable. Safety equipment and PPE not p working long hours and not getting full wage as per hours workedrovided on time.
