Company is a great company, I really enjoyed working in this type of a company with the exception of wanting to learn more and explore and climb to greater heights . Great for picking up experience. Joyous co-workers. Room for growth in company. Great business analysis team, with a lot of senior team members willing to pass on knowledge to juniors. The social climate is also very good as everybody has respect for each other . First name basis is also used for all employees with no formal titles necessary. Most challenging thing about the job is mastering the tables to develop the necessary reports.

Excellent learning curve

Face paced environment working with great collegues.The atmosphere is good with a great work life balance as colleagues are helpful. I have learnt a lot as it is my first Project Management position and it has been a eye opener.

Excellent learning platform

Working at Adapt It has helped me grow in the Accounting field and broaden my knowledge with more in-depth understanding of Project accounting. Our accounting is done on project level which although proved quite challenging at first I have learned to develop innovative ways to handle the tasks and accurately record transactions and maintain journals.

Great opportunity to learn as a start

different divisions in thee company assist in learning opportunities for a graduate and a beginner opporturnity as a st beginner employer. Generally an ok company to work for at. Culture is ok, i love working within the different divisions as that increases my skill

An eye opening experience

The IT industry is expanding on a daily basis. Information technology is one of the fast growing industry in the world, it has been a great learning experience. People think IT is about computers and programs, but it is more about people than anything else. Technology is about improving peoples lives and that's working for this company has done. Opened my eyes to possibilities.
