Honest, sales driven, saving costs, good communication skills, assist in opening new stores
My expectations is to keep my expenses as low as possible and to grow my people. To train an guide them and to treat others with respect. Not to spend what I do nt have to promise a healthy business through my honesty and hard work.

Working at Ackermans
Across all departments it is opened planned. Everyone is very social and inviting. Even though the culture is “fun” everyone is always proactive. Willing to help where they can. In a working environment I get along with all my co-workers, as it should be. As a store designer, it’s a constant learning curve, new designs, new aspects to include, stores and space are always evolving, this is what I enjoy the most. Every store like space is different and brings a new set of challenges as we go along.

Willing to learn and understand all the instructions that's given..
I'm willing to gain the information from my superiors as I'm willing to learn everthing that is gonna be new to me. And be able to focus in the workplace.
Pros: able to be more concerned to other things that you can learn sp thath when u get promoted it can be easier for u to take a part.
Cons: I wouldn't mind working long hours as I like to do my job

Wonderful learning Environment
This is a very good learning environment. The culture and atmosphere at the company make it easy for young people to adapt and show their skills and capabilities. We have a culture of supporting each other and celebrates each other's little achievements. We also have the culture of celebrating everyone's birthdays by buying gifts and cakes. I have also learnt to take responsibility and accountability of my duties and mistakes. I enjoy the social activities of the company which enables us to know each other fully in more informal manner

The fun i had there at Ackermans
I really did enjoyed working there due to the type of the people i was working with there where giving me the warm and wonderful care and congratulating me when i do all the best every now and then, I have learned so much on how to work with different types of people and to adjust to the situations and many more usual things which happens in the field.
Pros: I was then promoted to work at the till point within two weeks of working there.

Average learning curve
We have a strong bond as Co-workers working as a team, I've learnt that punctuality is a good morality. I don't enjoy working there because we not treated the same there's a lot favouritism done by the manager, The most challenging thi is when we don't make monthly budget because that affects our hours, we turn to work short hours and that also affect our salary.
