Excellent learning curve
Working in this company gives me an ability to work under pressure, and able to do multi-tasking. What I enjoyed most is the team work we have and co-operation!

Excellent in communication skills
I have worked at textile department but am also good in other departments i was also a cashier i know how to du different transections such as refund, exchange, laybye if possible, sales am good in what am doing . i have good communication skills , exellent in customer service , customers are my priority when comes to work place.

Good working environment
It is a warm environment where I learnt a lot about my personality. I discovered my strengths and weaknesses. I have grown as a person and a professional in conduct and the way of thinking. I have developed good relations with my colleagues and often receive good advice from them. I enjoy the team challenges they often have, it brings people together and helps them know each other better. The challenge was the age gap, because there's often a clash of ideas between the young and the old generation.

Excellent learnings
Maintaining registers, handling queries from external clients, stocktaking and filing, keeping and updating of staff establishment, handling of all customer enquiries. I have learnt to ensure that every customer need to be given attention and how to calm a customer.

We are the employees we should listening to each other and make complain
we had good team work in the workplace even the supervisor they don't have favoritism among their employees . what i learn good communication with your everyone in the workplace and understanding your work its important you will enjoy what you are doing you will feel like at home.Night shift and when we had lot of work because i know everyone would busy no one he / she is not gonna come in the workplace because we had little work.when we facing with the retchment and not get paid

Great working Environment
Working at Ackermans is a typical working day where you learn something new everyday. The culture is great as work gets done in a fun yet professional day. All employees are friendly and supportive and you get to learn new skills on a daily basis from different types of personalities. I work with Finance Managers, Analysts, Accountants on a daily basis and every one of them have a different skill to teach which I am always willing to adopt and learn. I enjoy working with my team as we aim to promote a healthy working environment as we work well within the team as we work individually. We have our ups and downs as we all have different personalities but we strive to overcome our differences in sorting it out in a humane manner.

Great memories of a fond company
As a Supervisor, I was expected to plan for the next day . I requested the man power according to the the work load. I was also responsible for training the new stuff members. I was also responsible for performance management on individuals and collectively as a team. Listening , observing , giving instructions, giving feedback and taking feedbacks from staff, peers and superiors was a instrumental in keeping a professional relationship and synergy amongst all departments. I enjoyed the training part of my job as it allowed me to get to know the level of understanding of the stuff working with me. I learned that people have strengths and weaknesses in different areas of their work. I also learned about responsibility and accountabilities of the leader.
