Excellent learning curve

I waa working at ACDC Dynamics i have been earning that amount above . So sometimes i feel like is less vecause i went to school fjr this position. I think we go to school for a better life to know a technical staff fir thr lovd we have our career .

Not able to work to my full potential

reI am currently not able to work to my full potential at my current workplacetrieve data from my sub-ordinates to complete my daily task on numerous occasions

Technical aspects of the job Deals with electrical contractors and companies What I enjoy most is my relationship with my clients I have learned client management What I hate most is retail hours

Learned a lot, especial in the technical side and excellent staff to work with.

TThe cpany is good employed experienced and friendly staff and a great manager we have in our department. When coming to learning they good because of the workshops they organising, they bring in good companies to hold workshops,and for that I admire their spirit

Bad management system

Almost racially run company, with almost about 70℅ of managerial positions reserved for whites or coloured people. Salaries are race based,with whites getting more pay than blkacks even with no experience. Safety regulations are not followed properly or are neglected until somebody gets injured.Salaries are low and not market related. Possibilities of promotion are less for black South Africans.

Pros: None
Cons: Long working hours and forced overtime. Unfair labour practices. Union bashing company which doesn't follow legislations

Best electrician

I am a good electrician with experience plus qualification employing me will be advantageous to the company . I am someone who can work under pressure and handle situations at work

New experience with a different company culture. Fast paced.

The company is fast paced, multi brand, pressured environment. With a number of brands in the portfolio and various brand managers all pushing their basket of products, you need to be on top of your game, not only in the market place, but internally too.

Pros: Understanding the dynamics of working with a multi brand competitive company
Cons: No opportunity for growth, continued internal issues with supply to clients.
