Bad management system

Almost racially run company, with almost about 70℅ of managerial positions reserved for whites or coloured people. Salaries are race based,with whites getting more pay than blkacks even with no experience. Safety regulations are not followed properly or are neglected until somebody gets injured.Salaries are low and not market related. Possibilities of promotion are less for black South Africans.

Pros: None
Cons: Long working hours and forced overtime. Unfair labour practices. Union bashing company which doesn't follow legislations

Best electrician

I am a good electrician with experience plus qualification employing me will be advantageous to the company . I am someone who can work under pressure and handle situations at work

Contract worker

Staff turn over are huge because of Managment lacking skill and communication. Head office staff only get 10 min tea and 30 min lunch and are not allowed to leave the premises. You are also not allowed to use your personal cellphone no matter wat. They promise the world and end your contract without any explanation. Your knowledge will be used as someone else's work

Excellent learning curve

Acdc is a company whereby when you wake up you know you going to enjoy work. My colleauges makes sure you comfortable at work and teamwork is alwys there. Hyper active people with alot of humour. Technically they always help so that u can build your product knowlegde.

Gained a Lot of experience as a student that left school

I've learnt how to deal with people internally and externally.on a daily basis with do come across challenges , which teaches one how to deal with any problem. I enjoy the people I work with in my department

I hold 13years experience in electronics engineering class one journeyman v

I enjoy challenges, and I'm currently in my final year in btec in telecommunications at Unisa. I do repair up to component level of timers,temperature controllers,ups,inverters, pumps ,power supplies, speed drives,lights, automatic voltage regulators

Cons: I work overtime daily except sunday

Its good to work at a warehouse and it is important to catch up fast the numbers, because sometimes it can be so you must know your story. My relationship with my co-workers is very good, because guy who to work with my co-workers and to do some good team together, so that the job will go fast as we can. I learnt a lot in the workplace first you must be displine and the composure.

Growing environment, Team work, Time is important, Most challenging is to meet monthly deadlines

I am employed as a credit controller within the electrical wholesale environment. I have developed excellent office management skills through my years of service. I have always strived to be the best in leading by example. I am always open to learning new techniques and ideas. Life experiences have taught me to adapt easily to change and new situations.

Warehouse assisting / forklift operator

I was in a receiving department as a warehouse assistant driving forklift offloading and loading incoming and outgoing stock and customer orders checking what coming in and what going out receiting of stock put away of stock also picking aswell as counting of stock, and to always keep the warehouse clean.
