Excellent learming curve and Ihave gained lots of experience.
It was a friendly environment and there was an open door policy with management. Call cenre is a happy environment where wyou work freely and exprss yourself amd this also contribute in working smart and achieving monthly targets.
Pros: there was a room for growth

Great learning curve
It's very challenging my role was managing the teams daily statistics and compiling it on a monthly basis for management I took care of invoices managing external debt collectors.I worked really well with my team there was mutal respect which made it easier,my role required having to do releases of Vehicles that have been repossessed making payment arrangements with clients handling each account with sensitivity and empathy.I took minutes in our monthly production meetings.what I enjoy most about the job is the fact that you don't know what to expect everyday was challenging and tested your abilities in working under enormous pressure but it was worth it when our team made target it got everyone hyped up and motivated to do even better which is always great and makes the working environment one to be proud of.
Pros: You learn something everyday it's never the same good growth opportunities
Cons: You are required to work late at times and ready to sign onto your laptop when needed

I work from 8h00 to 16h30 in the afternoon . I get along very well with my colleagues as I like to help where I can. I learnt how to be disciplined about your financies. I enjoy seeing my clients growing in terms of handling their finances. The most challenging expect is to try to reach your annual targets in this tough economic period .
Pros: Benefits the company provides to its workers
Cons: Office bound as a result I can't go and source the businesss outside.

Banking experience especially for compliance
I am working normal day hours which is eight and overtime if requested to work so. our working relationship is very nice because we were working as a team, we were assisting each other as a team. I gained more experience in Kyc, remediation and got a light on what exactly money laundering means, what are the peps and the legal documents which are needed to be uploaded on bank's systems. I have also gained an experience on Research. I enjoyed much of client data capturing and reviewing their documents. The most challenge is when we requests documents from the clients and they delayed to reach us.
Pros: Working smarter brings a quality job
Cons: Working under pressure disturbs good quality, so is much better to finish job in time to avoid pressure

The Most Challenging and Interesting aspect of my Job
To always be versatile and active as we work on a lot of different Projects. To always be available to help your Clients when they call. Always have the willingness to be responsive to your clients

Exposure to different areas
Well the process we use is internationally recognized. But with the team I'm in the expertize are not equally divided among team members. Sharing of work is not exercised and so I end up doing nothing. I will volunteer but I often end up always volunteering and not having a role. The environment is okay, working hours are reasonable but communication between team is not clear.
Pros: Exposure in treasury
Cons: No space for growth within team
