Excellent learning curve

Daily planning Daily meetings The rush to get the daily target done. Xhosa culture Different levels of unskilled labour. Most challenging: The way of explaining things to employees. Enjoy mostly when maintenance issues gets attention. Have a very good relationship with staff.
