Through the high ranks of our company, I've learnt a lot about supervising and becoming a leader. I've also gained more experience in being able to prioritize tasks to avoid too much pressure of deadlines I've acquired greater skills in reporting through presentations

It was a good learning curve

Excel, sending emails,recieving emailsand Microsoft word I have learn how to lead people and how to manage them. I enjoy the driving. I like to work under pressure.

Deal with audit , Investigation and Training.- Ensure all the necessary Health and Safety appointments are in place and remain up to date. - Ensure all necessary documents are available on site. - Risk Assessment training. - Safe working procedure. - Incident & accident investigation. - Handle all Safety, Health & environment issues. - Develop & revise Risk assessments. - Ensures that health & safety risk processes (risk assessment, identification, management, reporting. - Ensures all IOD process is effective and operating. - Ensure legal compliance to the OSHACT.

Work hard and smarter to meet deadlines.

Perform day to day hr and payroll duties. Good work environment and colleagues. Plan your day ahead and learn to adapt easily to change. Being trusted with my duties and given responsibility for the work that I perform and be trusted that I will deliver. The most challenging is when one is given tight deadline to met with limited resources.

Pros: Working hard and asking for more work and making sure that you complete it.
Cons: Working long hours and on holidays

Still studying

dealing with the budget of the company doing weekly stock and monthly stock physically. I am having a good relation with my regional manager, base manager, senior supervisors, junior supervisors and all the team as a whole. I have learnt a lot of work including my experience in office helping my supervisors and how important is to work with the budget the company. Physical counting very important on my side and is enjoyable. My challenge is when people doesn't show up when you requsted them to bring up the protective clothing.

Learning experience of driving

I'm hardworker and l can start working immediately .l done advanced driving in 2015 at Mpumalanga and l drive fire truck for 3 years now. I like challenge and l'm patient person.l love people and l give advice n l like to hear or get advice from people I have leadership quality and l'm smooth talker and l like working under pressure is were l learn very fast and adjust quick
