Large Variety
There are many products on offer at Vox so one is able to engage with a variety of people skilled in different areas. The digital perks are awesome. There is some micromanagement. There is a lot to learn and the work environment is nice and friendly.

Hard work, great commission
Typical day at work, start at 07:00 in the morning and do daily activation. eg, setting up Gazebo and table at busy intersections in various areas around cape Town. Promoting and doing awareness of Vox fibre to the home. Then catching up with admin duties and contacting and updating clients. Then again afternoon activations, mainly at schools. This will be followed by doing door to door with flyer drops and face to face customer interaction. Main goal for the day is to get 5 contacts with 2 potential sales. Hard work with good sales can be rewarding.

Sinior supervisor
Remote off-site monitoring alarms and CCTV cameras, shift supervisor, writing reports to client and incident reports, incident footage reviewing sanding to client, compiling weekly and monthly report for Control room manager and technical department. logging call for all technical fault to technical department and clients.

Overwork and underpaid
Job security is not very good as this company.stress levels is extremely high.my co workers is fun to work with.team work is excellent.company staff turn around in the debtors department is extremely scary..people is being hired and fired at random

Excellent learning curve
My typical day at work is pushing for link delivery and trying to make the project managers work easier by providing the most accurate information to the project manager. The relationship I have with my co-workers is a family like working relationships which I have learned to appreciate and understand everyone's character in my team. I have learned that the working environment can be tricky and that I shouldnt fall in the trap of being caught in unnecessary office politics. The most challenging aspect is having to resolve a client escalation within a day or two where in other instances it may be impossible.

Great way to solve problems and assist customers
