Am a Carpet Cleaner whose looking for the better Job & to learn more Skills.I dont have another Experience but I did Computer Course & passed Grade 12.I start to work as a Cleaner from 2007 in Other Company the Contract was End,am working in a busy section I learn a lot cos am dealing with a Guest every day,working as a Ownership so now am a Team leader cos I like to work as Team.

Great development opportunities in the beggining
I do training on average 4 days a week, & the 5th day is my admin day. On my admin day, I print & bind training material, do my weekly trainjng reports catch-up on emails and respond to training requests, I also do marking of assesments, print out certificates & laminate to be issued out.
Pros: The company is over a number of service industries, so room to move and grow
Cons: The company has grown so much, they are loosing the human factor - I am all about people & development

Excellent team
It has been a learning curve to me, being introduced to a very loud customer service environment, dealing with a lot of different people. The staff so easy to work with always willing to help where they can, calling each other "the team". Management so easy, to communicate with almost about anything. I enjoy service people the smiles, the pressure, the mentoring I love it. When you long for growth and decisions made in last minutes.

Good
I have completed my degree in bachelors of arts in Business at Maharishi University of Management in USA. I studied via distance education, and worked simultaneously, confirming that I am a hard working person and self motivated. I have good listening skill, communication skill, as well as the ability to build good relationship with my colleagues. Working within a team and sharing ideas are my biggest strength. I am currently working at Tsebo as Creditors Clerk.

Very good
Learning new things everyday, meeting people,and l love working as a team,buffing machines making our floor shine nicely and the client like it. Enjoying working with my co worker's because we are unite.

DWorked for an outsourced Company to support services which includes catering, cleaning, laundry, gardening services, etc. Close interaction with various Stakeholders in the Healthcare and Retirement Village Industries and Customer Service and Public Relations Management, a core requirement from the client. Cost savings, business growth, processes and quality improvement were but some, and also a vital component and focus point

Learning curve
i am currently doing mailroom and maitenance where we are looking after the needs of the clients we are also doing a setups moving of chairs when it needed to be done for a huge functions and doing painting but not lot of painting tuch ups we are recieving mails and sorting them according to their departments and we redistribute them i am also recieving packages like ciggerets samples and their online shoping stuff

Begin work at 8 am . attend morning meeting attend to issues that occurred during the eveining carry out inspections of equipment in the complex. follow up on sares and other requirements

Good customer services
A typical work day would be same routine everyday unless there is a function where there would be a lot of clients.i have a very good relationship with my co-workers we understand each other.i have leant so much at this company that to greet it is important to smile it makes the clients day even being polite by doing a small gesture like opening the door for the clients I have learnt to be humble an I enjoy every moment of it if I can make the next person smile then I am happy.i enjoy the free perks. The most challenging aspect of the job is when there is pressure applied to solve a problem in a short period of time
