Good at what i do

Working here is a great opportunity because you tend to learn new things everyday. The relationship with my co-workers is the best because we work as a team. Ive learnt that theres nothing difficult if you willing to learn. I enjoying working on challenging thingd so that my mind can be broad. The most challenging thinv is when working with something that i cant find the solution to.

Pros: Attending safety health and enviroment course.

Excellent learning curve

We always work as team and i have learn how to operate cnc machines i.e cnc lathe and cnc milling. CNC setting,programming. I also know to use Lathe machine i.e taper turning,double starts threads,square threads and v- threads and milling machines,milling slots and general milling. The most thing i enjoyed is working with a team because we haved good comminication with our team mates.

Pros: Great opportunities
Cons: Long working hours

Artisan with a trade test red seal

I did start as an apprentice and become a qualified artisan .And I learn to operate all the work shop machines under safety conditions and learn to be a good team player and work as individual as well .

Pros: start as a apprentice and become a qualified artisan(Turner and machinist)
Cons: 8 hours and overtime .

Have quiet a hand full of experience within this two years that I have been working.

It's been great deal working here however one need to grow and look for a sustainable job, I believe I have been a contractor for some time now .Thus the job hunt even in tough times like this. Yet the experience it's great with a hand full of experience I got will never go wrong.

Dont wait on people to tell you good..do good always

Day starts at 7.Production meeting for the day.Set out tatget for the day.We have a good understanding on the floor between fellow workers.I have learned to assist a fellow mate in so the work get done faster and a good relationship is build.To see a smile on a face that you have assist with is the best thing ever.The most difficult challence in my life is to assist at various levels and finish your work at the same time.

Good relationship To handle stressful Job and deliver on time being early at work all time and to minimize loss and on time delivery Working alone inside the wagon and around it
