I got to learn how to deal with peole from all walks of life
Working hours start at 7:30 every morning. We start with a meeting then we go to the dialer to meet the deadline for that day. We are taught to lift each other up should we see one person is having a bad day so everyone can be productive, however, this is more in theory than in practice as everyone wants to outdo the next person. I have learnt to be professional at all times even when I feel I am be challenged personally

Great learning curve I developed myself too well
The company grew my character so well I discovered how. Much I am worth and ability of me running my own business it was amazing the people there were great no one was looked down upon at we all had the same amazing opportunity of a lifetime the promotional model made it easy to see how you grew as a person goal setting was essential and putting everything on paper it made you commit to whatever you put your mind too.

I have administration skills as well as call center, I have worked on short term assignments through Kelly agency and as a receptionist and admin through quest staffing solutions. I have been in the call center industry for the past 4yrs

Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
its great working at the unlimited everyday is not the same i learn new things and develop and grow as a leader, the environment is fun and high pace. i have a great relationship with my collegues we are more like a family we are all about motivating and helping others to achieve their dreams and goals there is no time for negativity or gossip in the office. i mostly enjoy seeing other people become successful and it makes me happier knowing that i played a part in someone elses success, the hardest aspect of my job is letting go of people in my team. working at the unlimited has broken me out of my shell i have become a much more confident person who can now actually stand infront of a crowd and run a meeting.

Excellent skill set for sales foundation
A Sales environment which was target driven & performance based, with monthly sales quotas to achieve. All my challenges were faced with enthusiasm to achieve my goals in order to earn commission. I was consistently earning incentives overrides for making target and deadlines. This high pressure position offered a lot of growth to my sales and work ethics skills set. Achievements: > I qualified for the Sales Manual within 5 weeks of employment which contributed to my sales skill set which lead to my trainer promotion. Once I completed my trainer production, I qualified for the trainer manual and taught and trained new trainees thus duplicating the businesses trial and tested sales methods to maximise sales.

Good opportunity

No basic salary
It was very exciting at first,until i got told when i can go to the bathroom and being looked after like a baby.The environment was great but waking up every single morning like you think you are going to school felt horrible.I am looking for a company that i can grow with and just earn a basic salary.I was working from 6am in the mornings to about 7pm at night and i am married tho so there is no social life.
