I am a vibrant self motivated woman. Once the opportunity for growth was presented I used it, as I am ambitious. During the seven years as a legal a recoveries consultant I obtained my ability to work with a team, under pressure in a target driven environment. The company I worked for also assisted me with my career development, I then obtained my STI qualification and my RE. This motivated me to grow. I them had the pleasure of joining the claims department at the same company which I really enjoyed as it gave me further understand of the insurance industry.

Not enough exposure
A typical work day comprises of 9 hours. U have to be at work whether or not you have any work to do. U do have the ability to work from home.Relationship with co-workers is excellent.

I am o good communicator willing to learn
In the morning is the best time for me come in prepare for the day ahead and looking at my priorities. have a very good relationship with my customers internally and externally. Learned tolerance and hardwork and being myself is ok just be me. enjoy the interactions I have with my colleagues. Dealing with new challenges.

Great experience
I am being retrenched by my company effective 1 August 2018. I am a Forensic Auditor/Investigator with 4 years experience that this field. I am completing my CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) this month. I love this job as it is something new and different every day. We had good vibe and always assisted each other where needed. We reviewed data from exception reports and established investigations and audits from them. We also investigated possible fraud from whistle blowers and tip offs.

I love the role because there is always something to learn
My current career was an excellent curve on how a company determines the client's that are flagged as high risk. Quiet investigative role which enables one to work with more divisions to assist with the final goal. I found that also you need to connect with a lot of individuals and create relations

Diversity
Telesure employs people and talent from all walks of life. The diversity within the company makes it a pleasure to work in and this is what I enjoy the most. This also makes for challenging facilitation, especially of large groups of people. Adapting to each one to make sure the same message is conveyed is in itself a huge challenge but something I enjoy as well.

Greate experience gained
If I am selected I will be a valuable worker. This is the direction that I would like to develop myself in. My long-term goal is to seeking better work opportunities and expanding my work knowledge. I am currently busy with my National N Diploma in Business Management. Every project I take on, I do the best I know how. I have well developed interpersonal skills and will be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team. I have good communication and organizational skills. I am self-motivated and dedicated with strong leadership skills. I am innovative and able to apply my own initiative. I am also able to analyse the situation critically and take decisions to rectify the problem.

Excellent learning experience to set a wonderful foundation of my future work life
The Telesurian Identity was experiences through the employees undying devotion to make you feel welcomed. Each day one would be greeted by a smile which mirrored the prestine glow of the company. working at Telesure had taught me that each person was part of the larger picture and each ones work was valued. working there thought me to be even more patient and tolerant but it also taught me to push back and stand up for myself where necessary. i had learned how to carry myself in the professional environment as well as how to stay out of office politics to ensure that my work was done to the best that it could be in order to promote the overall functioning of the business
