Abusive management I will never forget that telling me about my disease every time.There is no professionalism if your manager can go and discuss you with a junior staff I ended up resign she will make you feel so small by telling you about her qualifications

I have bee n doing my diploma in HIV Managent with the university of Stellenbostch. I also work very well in a team an im a very punctual. My duties with TB/HIV Care Ass are finding new cases eith HIV for Management,Data Validation,Conducting trainings,Monitor Waist Disposal.

Pros: Management Position
Cons: We start working at 7H45 to 17H00 Daily and on Public Holidays. on Weekends we inly work on events or on request or demand .
