I am excellent in ma duties

Im a hard worker and my controller give me task i finish it in time and i assist other staff i real love team work . If im at i make sure that i take care of customers because they are so important in store and im willing to face new challenges day by day i can slove any problems to keep customer happy

Excellent communication skill

Working at retail has enabled my abilities to work with different people,to be accurate and respect the store monies , to be patient with difficult Customer the most challenging aspect was when a customer refused to pay what she was suppose to pay . What I have enjoyed is convincing a customer to buy when they are not ready .the relationship with my fellow workers was very good .

Pros: Learning to be friendly, greating good relationship with other people, Learning more about monies and paperwork
Cons: Working hours ,no day offs

Good customer service and good listening skill.

communication skills and Computer skills. I maintain positive r­elationships between ­all staff and custome­rs in both high & Low­ volume, fast & slow ­spaced operations. Good learning experience with team player people.

I enjoyed working at pep store, managed working under pressure, we were a good team players with my co-workers and I've learned how to treat the customers and my co-workers well.

Perfect learning curve

Learned more on how important customers are,how to treat my fellow employees, I have learned the culture of the company and i am leaving it.company conducts training on how to work with people,or how important a person is in a company, and that each and every cent counts.

Pros: You are free to speak you mind with your seniors
Cons: The company is not paying much.

I AM A PERFECTIONIST PERSON , I DO NOT SIT DOWN UNTIL MY WORK IS DONE

I FEELING HAPPY TO WORK ALL DAYS MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS WAS VERY GOOD ACTUALLY IT WAS EXCELLENT , I WAS FRIENDLY TO ME AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY TOO.I LEARNT MORE BY WORKING AT PEP BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS AND WITH MY COLLEAGUES .I ENJOY THE MOST THE WAY WE WORK WITH MY COLLEAGUES AND THE WAY THE STORE MANAGER APPRECIATE MY WORK.THERE WAS NOTHING CHALLENGING BECAUSE i WAS ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS EASY

Pros: EASIER TO WORK . GOOD COMMUNICATION , FRIENDLY ,HARD WORKING SKILLS OF SOLVING PROBLEM

No growth

No growth within the company only working 10 to 13 hours a week, only permanent staff attending the training of which that is against the company policy. I as a casual worker feel exclusive.

Good relationship

Pep is a family store we treat each other with dignity and respect, its always busy during pension week, I learn to respect our customers they are the reason we woke up in the morning stock loss is the most challenging aspect I like to put a smile on customers face

Sustainable

A typical workday involved ensuring and overseeing tidiness of shop, maintainance of good customer relationship and customer attraction and retention. My relationship with coworkers was frequently casual with some professional gestures. I enjoyed their assistance around some challenges I encountered and learnt that passion, honesty and resourcefulness are the tenets of a successful company.

Good learning more experience

At the pep company I learned more things,fistly I learned to work as a team members,And I have more experienced to how to care with the customers.And I learned to work independently with no supervisor. I like the challenges because it makes me feel like I am a strong person.
