Self improvement opportunity

I haven't been employed since I graduated 2017. I only do little side hustles like property deals sourcing which is selling real estate deals to property investors who do not have the time nor the expertise to ask or identify such deals. I have been trained there and have been doing this since June 2019.

Pros: I get to choose to do what I love, my passion, my calling.
Cons: It doesn't pay

Team work

I was not happy because of payment.. m I left because of my contract ended and they didn't want to renew my contract due to a failure of company to generate iprofit on a daily basis

I learned a lot about road roles and communicating with customers/client

where I was working it was a family business and it was just eight employees and and we were dealing with delivering water and sand to where they pleased for them. and I was one of the drivers in the business

Pros: In this company am willing to work harder than where I was getting my driving experience and am also willing to reach the daily target in time
Cons: As am willing to work in this company am willing to work at least 10 - 12 hours
