Service Manager Since July 2009, where I chose to broaden my horizon and take up a Service Manager position in the contact centre. I am responsible for the service levels agreements (Lost call rate and turn-around time) and daily operations requirements in the contact centre. I manage a team of 16 Call Centre Specialists. Responsibilities are: Recruitment: making sure we recruit the right employees. Selection and interview process Resources: Making sure we are adequately staffed. Workforce Management Forecasting Capacity: Manage absenteeism and punctuality Service level agreements (lost call rate/ turnaround time) Conduct performance appraisals twice a year Training: Making sure we have equipped knowledgeable consultants. We have the learning and development trainers Continous workplace assessment of Specialists. Continuous Coaching of Specialists Submit monthly report on performance of team. Bringing fun to the environment Developing our Specialists - growing our people.

I have great capability of work competence and adaptation to new work and workmates
Im an individual whose performance has been regarded by assessors as promising potential in the work industry based on the daily and yearly performance appraisal depending on the work structures however adaptation of work objectives is one of my motivational tools that enhances me to correctly share my abilities in any field given.Im willing to absorb myself in highly regarded companies inoder for me to engage more into the the economic world such that i reach to the climax and fullest capabilities of my own potential with the help of the given personel at hand hence we can achieve most of our objectives at hand.

Learning curve and experience
Momentum has been a very good starting point in my career and takes great care in helping their employees to gain experience and knowledge in their relevant field of work. Momentum afforded me the opportunity of training to achieve my qualification required for my scope of work. I have leant to be patient and accept the things I can not change but to work with enthusiasm on the things that I can change. I enjoy working with people and with my fellow advisors and we work closely together, sharing with and motivating one another. The most challenging aspect of my job is to accept change and work hard to build my broker base up again after it has been allocated to other units.

I am a hard worker, a good listener, energetic, organised person who can communicate well with people and maintain a high standard of work under pressure, be able to work independently and work best in team. I enjoy working with people/clients and making sure that they leave the company happy and satisfied. I am a kind of person who is always willing to assist wherever I can by doing my best in the working environment. I am keen to learn new things in the working environment.

I learned a lot about IT, agile environment, analysis and team work
I learned a lot about IT, agile environment, analysis and team work. I have learned to push myself on days that I did not feel like doing so, because I could not let my team down. I also learned to take accountability for my actions and for the team and understood that continuous growth is very important in order to keep up with the fast growing industry.

Doing presenations for clients by giving investment feedback.
Good flexible working hours , and good team to work for. Have learned a lot of investments and was able to apply my theoretical knowledge. Good working environment but not much pay. Teams are best to work with and management is supportive as well.
