I learned a lot about IT, agile environment, analysis and team work
I learned a lot about IT, agile environment, analysis and team work. I have learned to push myself on days that I did not feel like doing so, because I could not let my team down. I also learned to take accountability for my actions and for the team and understood that continuous growth is very important in order to keep up with the fast growing industry.

Self managed environment with a lot of fun and plenty of things to learn
An environment where we are self managed but still complete tasks in time. Flexible working hours, with four shifts to choose from to do your work. The company allows for employees to move to other departments to learn other jobs, and to grow. Lot of system improvements to allow for stable systems that will make it easy for support personnel

Fast paced and requires individuals who think on their feet and go the extra mile.
The job involves a lot of fast paced and thinking on ones feet. Going the extra mile to meet the needs of the client. Keeping the realtionship with the core workers professional and yet friendly. Be approachable.

Good people culture
I have learned a lot in my current organisation, a lot of wonderful people, however growth opportunities are limited. The culture in the beginning was good however as organisations grow sometimes the culture changes.

Great learning experience
Check my outlook for any messages regarding targets expected for the day. Then call all the clients that I promised to give a call back. Take all my 45 calls and 55 e-mails. Execute all the secondary transactions from the e-mails and calls taken. I have learned that with our products there is always something to be learned as our products is a living product.

Ability to learn new things
- being busy with my work -I go along with any personal character as I treat each person as an individual and different - I have learn Data Support without any knowledge of it -I enjoy trying new challenges -Not having enough tools /resources to perform your job

Excellent learning space
My current company learn you a lot of the actual insurance business. Very detailed of what products they. There is room to grow in the company and equipt yourself. Further studies haal do available for staff members. A nice company to work for with good benefits.

Excellent learning curve
I like the culture, diverse casual. We work under a lot of pressure however I'm use to it. I enjoy working with clients whether I communicate telephonically or via correspondence

Exciting career development
Working for Momentum gas been an amazing journey filled with challenges and achievements. The culture is very diversified and the people are amazing to work with. Engaging with clients daily, telephonically and via emails was always intriguing and challenging as some times clients can be raged. However I enjoyed helping people and putting a smile on their faces expecially when the service was amazing.
