I've learned a lot working at Medipost Pharmacy, how to be a team player.
I've learned to be a team player and work well under pressure. I've learning that working with angry n inpatient patience can be stressful and tiring, but you have to learn to be patient and be a problem solver. Think on your feet to find a solution to the problem. Be punctual, respectful to ur colleagues and senior. Do your job to the best of your ability.
Pros: Be problem solver, punctuality, team player, meet targets
Cons: These no growth andusometimes you work on weekends and you miss a lot of family time and functions.

Excellent
Distribution of medication in south Africa especially chronic medicine.Couriers are the only whose transporting medication for medipost.Is the largest pharmacy in south Africa which can provide medication in all places.Medication is been delivered for free.

Working under pressure
I always makes sure my work was done,excellent nitely as mush as me,and my working hours from 7:30-16:30 ,our relationship was very good like we are sharing ideas,solution to gether,assist each other,making dicisions together,team building,our company gave us a change to learn and getting certificate/more information .i always enjoying because there is no discitrininating all are equal.

Under pressure and communication skills
The work load needs hard work in order to be reduced. The earlier the work is done the easier for us to fix mistakes where necessary. We have a healthy social and occupational relationship. I learnt that personal is apart from occupational and I improved my computer literacy. I enjoy driving long distance and listening to music, helping old aged people and working as a team. Having a partner who does not contribute in team work, working for a company that does not consider promotion for the employees, and working in an environment where employees are not treated equally.

It’s an okay employment if you’ve never worked anywhere else
It’s too toxic especially the working environment always being threatened that they will fire employees etc besides that the money was good for a call centre.

Great learning curve
Working at Medipost has taught me the different disciplines that we have and how a working environment is. A typical day at work starts with two meetings in the morning with our different branch's. I then have to liaise with different managers in the different departments to find out if they have any problems in their departments. Then i assign tickets to the Technical and Helpdesk team to assist with the tickets.

A good learning curve
work days are tiring when doing 4 people's tasks Co workers are all good I learnt u got to work for yourself I enjoy working on the system than paperwork challenging aspects is finding profiles for patients

Good learning curve
I good company to start of your career with friendly staff. It is a relaxed environment where it allows the staff to work and continue with their studies. It is based on team work and good attitude. Even though the is limited room for growth you always look forward to go to work because its a good working environment

There is a career growth.it depend on individual but there are different departments so is easy to be promoted if u work hard and eager to grow professionally
