Excellent learning

Am very confident and hardworking. Coming to work for a new company is certainly involves a lot of adjustment and I have always been able to adapt quickly to new work situation. I have learned that ,I must go above and beyond to meet and exceed all work goals

Excellent learning curve

Very challenging and everyone is friendly , being paid through commission sucks , and you have to pay for your transport when you going to a field to work .

Excellent learning curve

I typical day would include explaining various policies to clients, I learned how to communicate with people from different walks of life and the importance of confidence and goals in a sales environment . I enjoyed interacting with different people from all over South Africa.

Good learning curve, when come to customer service

It is a Monday to Sunday job, eight hours a day. This job is for ordinary people who are willing to build.your hard work determine your success.relationship with coworkers is actually great cause we help each other. When I first came, I had low-self confidence, so I learned how to have a great attitude, regain my confidence and how to work with people "team work". It is fun being a sales agent, you get to know how people think. The most challenging thing was to deal with negative customer and still retain my great attitude.

Work service

Its feel good to work with a group of poeple. I learned to work with team and impromeved my communications skill. We go to the field everyday together and we back-up each other in the field. We sing and dance each an everday in the office of which is the most exciting thing cause it relieve stress , you dont feel the load of work. The challenges we face you need to be paciant if you working with poeple because some are hard

Pros: Its a great opportunity because you grow in the business. There are 3 levels which is Tranier , Tranees owner and Frenchise owner.
Cons: 8 hour per day for 6 days of a week

The company is fine,but it separates me a lot from my personal life and I work long hours and everyday. I have learnt to interact with other people and build a relationship with people.

I worked well at global direct and i contributed to the Unlimited sales and I have get a lot of clients to the Unlimited insurance although it was hard to sell the product or service that already has negative publicity

Excellent team building curve

A day at work is very long and tiring and co-workers doen't really care about about each other they are there for themselves nothing else I've learned that in life put yourself first the one thing I enjoyed the most was team building outings and the most challenging part about the job was going to work entire month without selling anything.
